Shanti Jewels offers free standard shipping on all Dutch orders. We will send your order within 1 or 2 working days.
Orders fit through the mailbox, so you don't need to stay home.
When your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.

RETURNS
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Please follow this procedure for a return and/or exchange of your order.
1. Send a request for a return/exchange via email to [email protected]
2. Make sure that the jewelry is in the original unopened packaging as you received it. The jewelry should be returned in the original shipping box or another sturdy shipping box.
3. Send the items, including your name and order number, to address below.

Both the costs and the risk of sending your items back are at your sole risk. We therefore recommend to send your package via Track & Trace. Non-identifiable returns cannot be processed.
4. Would you like to exchange your item for another item of the same price, please ensure that this is added to your shipment so we will be able to send the requested new jewelry your way!
If you would like to exchange your jewelry for a different amount, you need to place a new order, while we refund you for the original order.
5. When will the refund take place?
Once we have received the goods in good order back, within 14 business days the amount will be refunded. We will transfer this amount to the account with which the payment is made.
Shanti Jewels reserves the right to refuse the returned goods and therefore paying the refund, if it is found that these products are worn or were not return within the time limit.
Please note that Earrings can not be returned in connection with hygiene.
